Kettlebell Training

Kettlebells are uniquely designed for ballistic and unilateral movements, making them a great tool for developing athleticism, explosive power, and endurance.

Offered Thursdays at 11:00am – Sundays at 10:00am

Including kettlebells in a training regimen with other forms of weight lifting (e.g., barbell or dumbbell exercises) creates a more well-rounded program that maximizes strength gains and increases overall performance.

They are a versatile piece of equipment that can be used for basic strength training, balance and coordination, and metabolic conditioning. Most kettlebell movements require more time-under-tension and core stabilization, making them an incredibly efficient tool while minimizing the amount of equipment required.

Our Kettlebell Training program will include a mix of it all – honing skills and technique to challenge your joints and muscle groups in new movement patterns, building strength and identifying imbalances through unilateral movements, and increasing cardiovascular capacity with longer endurance workouts. We will focus on one skill at a time on a 4-week cycle during Thursday classes, and include a longer workout on Sundays.
