Functional Strength
Our Functional Strength program focuses on quality movement to develop motor control, strength, and hypertrophy. While rooted in traditional strength principles, these sessions incorporate controlled pacing to promote intentionality and precision in every movement.
Olympic Weightlifting
Our Olympic Weightlifting class focuses on refining and improving technique in the Clean and Jerk and Snatch.
In addition to primary lifts, the class incorporates specific accessory work to address muscle imbalances, strengthen weaker areas, and support joint stability.
Yoga
