Offered Tuesdays from 10:30am to 12:00pm – Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm – Thursdays from 5:00am to 6:30am
In addition to primary lifts, the class incorporates specific accessory work to address muscle imbalances, strengthen weaker areas, and support joint stability. This helps improve technique, overcome training plateaus, and reduce the risk of injury while building strength for heavier lifts.
